On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022, Aspire Academy welcomed HE Kassim Majaliwa, the Prime Minister of the United Republic of Tanzania and his accompanying delegation, giving him a tour of its world-class facilities.
During his visit to Aspire Academy, that included as well Aspetar, the orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital, received a brief, From Mr. Mohammed Khalifa Al-Suwaidi, CEO Aspire Zone Foundation, on the wok and services offered by Aspire Academy, as one of the three members of AZF, along with Aspire Logistics, and Aspetar, the orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital to its student athletes both in terms of education and Sports side as well as the high technology used for student athletes performance.
Mr. Al-suwaidi, who was accompanied by Mr. Tim Cahill, chief of Sports at Aspire Academy, and Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Kuwari Aspetar CEO, led the tour through the academy’s different facilities and explained the whole process put forward by Aspire Academy in its journey to develop champions in sports and life, through latest training methods and high standards education.
At the end of his visit to Aspire Academy, HE the Prime Minister praised the academy and was impressed by the long-term investment the country is making in sports through developing young athletes in different sports. He also received an Aspire Academy Football T-Shirt with his name and the number 22 as a sign of Qatar hosting the FIFA World Cup -2022.
