Aspire Academy is a world-class sports complex which welcomes and trains athletes from around the world, and the work conducted here speaks volumes about Qatar’s great commitment to sport and to the future of its young people.

Aspire boasts some of the finest sports facilities in the world and during our European winter break we have been able to use these fantastic facilities and make the most of the excellent weather conditions. Together with the hospitality from the Aspire management, this has been a perfect combination. It has been the ideal place to spend our winter break training camp.

There is a reason why I believe in the Aspire Football Dreams programme. I was the same age as these youngsters when I began to dream about my life as a football player. They should get the chance (to train and be educated) which was denied to me. The game has given me a lot and now, I want to give something back to the game. This project will ultimately help developing countries discover more talent and hope

I have visited many countries as a player and have seen many developmental facilities. Nothing compares to what they have at the Aspire Academy. The Qatari boys are very fortunate. With these amenities at their disposal, there are good chances of them making it big in the future.
