Malmo, 11 February 2018. Aspire Academy graduate and 2017 World Champion Mutaz Essa Barshim jumped 2.35m on Saturday to win the high jump competition at the “Atleticumspelen” indoor event in Malmo, Sweden.
This was just days after the Qatari finished as runner-up in at the “24th High Jump Meeting” in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia, only beaten by Chinese athlete Wang Yu.
