After their sensational performance at the 2016 UEFA Euro in France, the football national team of Iceland managed to impress in a 1-1 draw against two-times World Cup winner Argentina in their first match of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia on June 16.
During a visit of Aspire Academy in 2017, Iceland’s head coach Heimir Hallgrímsson explained how one of the smallest countries in the world managed to become a threat for the world’s top teams.
