AZF OWNED CLUB, CULTURAL SECURES SPONSORSHIP FROM NAKHEEL LANDSCAPES

Doha, 7 June 2017. Aspire Zone Foundation owned football team Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa. based in Spain has signed a partnership with Nakheel Landscapes, a Qatar company that specialises in landscaping and sports turf pitches. The signing took place at Aspire Academy in the presence of Nakheel Landscapes Chairman, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Fahd Al Thani, Mohammad Khalifa Al-Suwaidi, CEO of Aspire Zone Foundation, Ivan Bravo, Vice-President of Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa and Director General of Aspire Academy and Ghassan Oueijan, Nakheel Landscapes Managing Director.

Speaking after signing the sponsorship deal, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Fahd Al Thani said, “ We are extremely pleased to join with our fellow Qatar partner in Aspire Zone Foundation in yet another major project. We are involved in a number of sporting partnership and sponsorship and we feel this is our duty to be involved in this project whose goals are clear and stand to benefit the future of Qatar football and development of its young players. We will be our expertise, knowledge and to Cultural and make sure their pitches are of highest quality and maintained to professional level.”

Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa won promotion to the Spanish second division for the coming season 2017-18.
