Aspire Academy is exploring new partnership opportunities with entities in Cyprus.
The opportunity for new collaboration projects followed a November visit to Cyprus by a delegation from Aspire Academy, thanks to an invitation from the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth in Cyprus.
Aspire Academy was represented by School Principal Jassem Al Jaber, Vice Principal Issa AlMoslemani, and Saleh Al-Marri, Head of Football Administration, Relations, and Communication.
The visit provided valuable insights for all involved and opened new avenues for exploration in both education and sports development.
During the visit, the delegates met with several key institutions, including the Cyprus Olympic Committee, APOEL Football Club, the Cyprus Sports School, and the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) School.
The meetings included meaningful discussions around student-athlete management, training methodologies, and the challenges they face in their system. They led to interest in developing long-term partnerships with Aspire Academy.
Among the proposals to formalise these collaborations is the creation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cyprus Sport School and, more widely, exploring the possibility of athletes from various sports visiting Aspire Academy, as well as Aspire student-athletes training in Cyprus.
These opportunities reinforce Aspire Academy’s vision to be a global leader in youth athlete development while fostering international partnerships that benefit both students and staff.
