Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) is aware of a number of media articles in relation toAriana Friedrichteam's request for the provision of training. We are happy to provide further facts on this story. AZFis fully committed to providing world class training and sports facilities to athletes from around the world regardless of their nationality or gender.

At no point didAZFwithdraw an invitation toAriana Friedrich. We offered her exactly the same provision as any other visiting international athlete. AZFtreats all athletes with the same dedication to answer to their individual needs.  We have recently upgraded our accommodation facilities to specifically cater to the specialist needs of multi discipline teams and individuals. It is normal practice to ask individual athletes to pay for usage of our accommodation.
