ABDULLA AL-TAMIMI WINS THIRD PSA TOUR TITLE

Melbourne, 13 August 2016. Aspire Academy graduate and squash player Abdulla Al-Tamimi claimed his third PSA Tour Title by winning the 2016 Australian Open that took place in Melbourne from August 8-12.

The 21-year-old Qatari, who is currently no. 46 in the PSA ranking, defeated New Zealand’s Campbell Grayson 3-1 in the final. He recovered from a game down to triumph in the final fixture at the Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre.

For Al-Tamimi it’s his third PSA Tour title after winning the tournaments in Atlanta and Doha earlier this year.
