Doha, 6 September 2015. This Sunday Aspire Academy opened its doors to welcome the student-athletes on the first day of the academic year 2015-16. It is another year that will be dominated by the continuous effort to improve and deliver education of the best quality.
“We are happy that the new school year has finally started and it’s going to be an important one. On the one hand we are delighted that the number of new students is constantly increasing and on the other hand we have left no stone unturned in our preparations for the final inspection by the Council of International Schools (CIS) in November 2015 to determine whether we will achieve the globally renowned ‘CIS Accreditation’. We are optimistic that by then we will have met all the necessary requirements. Irrespective of how significant the accreditation is, at the end of the day it’s not simply about hanging a certificate on our wall, the most important thing is to create the best possible learning environment for our students”, says Badr Al-Hay, Director of Education and Student Care.
“It is important for us that our students become life-long learners and that they know how important it is to study day-by-day and we are doing the best we can to keep them on track. To receive CIS School Accreditation is a big goal for all of us and our students are the ones who will benefit the most from it, because it is going to open doors to the best opportunities in further education”, says School Principal Jassem Al Jaber.
