20 Jan 2020

Paris, 20 January 2010. Aspire Academy student-athlete Jaber Al Faddaq finished with a Silver Medal in the U15 youth French Epee Circuit in Paris during the second weekend in January 2020.

The fencing competition attracted more than 100 youth fencers from all over the world and commenting afterwards Qatar and Aspire Academy Fencing Head coach Massimo Omeri said, “This season the U15 Epee team has shown a stable and consistent performance. Epee team performed very well in Switzerland, Italy and now in France."

"The countries we are talking about here are the leaders in fencing and hold top competitions which are difficult to do well in and have many good fencers, so this makes our recent results very encouraging and bodes well for this youthful team if they carry on with this kind of performances”, said Head coach Omeri.
