ASPIRE ACADEMY TO HOST 4TH ‘ASPIRE FOR EDUCATION’ CONFERENCE FOCUSED ON “WELL-BEING IN EDUCATION”

22 Sep 2025

Aspire Academy, a global leader in educational and sporting development, is organising and hosting the fourth edition of its ‘Aspire For Education’ conference on September 23 and 24, 2025.

This year’s event continues Aspire Academy’s role in helping promote Qatar’s position as a regional and international hub for education and innovation development.

A Focus on Well-being in Education

This year’s theme is “Well-being in Education”; the conference will bring together international and local experts to explore how student and teacher well-being enhances learning outcomes and the overall educational experience.

The agenda features keynote speeches by distinguished local and global experts, along with panel discussions addressing current challenges and best practices in the education sector. Sessions will highlight the importance of inclusive practices, emotional resilience, teacher wellness, and the integration of supportive school systems.

Practical workshops will focus on strategies that can be applied in classrooms to promote mental and physical health, as well as research presentations highlighting the latest field studies and global initiatives within the education sector.

Driving Meaningful Change

Mr Jassim Al Jaber, Chairman of the ‘Aspire For Education’ conference, commented: “Aspire For Education 2025 is a platform for educators, policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders to implement strategies that balance academic success with personal growth. It highlights the psychological, social, and emotional dimensions of education and reinforces their role as pillars of both student and teacher success.”

The two-day conference will address the challenges and opportunities of integrating mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being into the educational experience for students, educators, and the broader school community. It will also strive to encourage cross-sector collaboration, foster professional networks, and empower participants to translate theory into action, with a focus on developing innovative tools and programs that integrate well-being into curricula and learning environments.

Five Core Pillars

The conference will focus on five key pillars, which form the basis of all its sessions and activities:

●    Physical, mental, and emotional well-being: Through strategies addressing health, activity, anxiety, stress, and emotional resilience in educational settings.
●    Social Well-being and Ethics: Promoting inclusivity, diversity, and positive relationships within school communities.
●    Teacher and Staff Well-being: Supporting educators and school staff in managing their mental health and maintaining work-life balance.
●    Student-Athlete Well-being: Addressing the unique challenges faced by student-athletes, including balancing academics and athletics, injury recovery, and mental health.
●    Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cybersecurity: Exploring the intersection of technology and well-being by examining the role of AI in education, promoting healthy digital habits, and ensuring cybersecurity to protect students and educators.

Broad and Diverse Participation

Mr Al Jaber further emphasised the conference’s inclusive nature: “‘Aspire For Education’ serves as a global platform for collaboration and partnership-building.” It brings together educational institutions, experts, and decision-makers to exchange insights and co-create innovative solutions. At Aspire Academy, we see these partnerships as an extension of our mission to empower future generations and strengthen Qatar’s position as a leader in educational innovation.”

The attendees are set to include university faculty staff, researchers, school leaders, and teachers from Qatar and the wider Arab region. Policymakers from both the public and private sectors will also be present, along with technology experts specialising in AI, cybersecurity, and education systems.

In addition, professionals involved in student support services — especially those focused on mental health and student-athlete well-being — will contribute insights that further reflect Aspire Academy’s mission to promote an inclusive, forward-looking vision for the future of education.

Experience-Based Learning and Interactive Engagement

Alongside keynote talks and expert panels, the conference will feature interactive sessions designed to encourage attendee engagement and collaborative problem-solving. Case studies and institutional success stories will be shared, providing real-world examples of how schools have prioritised well-being in transformative ways.

Roundtable discussions will give participants the opportunity to co-create solutions to shared challenges. At the same time, institutional showcases will spotlight innovative projects and collaborations that highlight the pivotal role of institutional partnerships in enhancing student and teacher well-being.

Continuing impact

Since its inception in 2013, the ‘Aspire For Education’ conference has addressed critical themes in education, from supporting students with special needs to balancing academics and athletics to cultivating leadership in schools.
This year’s focus reinforces Aspire Academy’s broader vision of inclusive, sustainable, and holistic learning environments.

Aspire Academy continues to champion inclusive and sustainable learning environments that prioritise well-being. Through the ‘Aspire For Education’ conference, it reinforces its leadership in shaping the future of education—locally, regionally, and globally.
