Aspire Academy has received its official certificate from “Great Place To Work”, the ‘global authority on workplace culture.’
The prestigious recognition was presented to Aspire Academy’s Director General Mr. Ivan Bravo on Monday 27 March by Mr. Zied Meddeb the manager of Great Place To Work Middle East in Qatar.
The academy’s Deputy Director General Ali Salem Afifa and Deputy Human Resources Director Saeed Srour also attended the ceremony.
The recognition from “Great Place To Work” comes thanks to the overwhelmingly positive feedback collected in January from Aspire Academy staff on their experiences at work.
Aspire Academy is also ranked among the top 20 “Best Workplaces in Qatar 2023” by Great Place To Work in their latest published list on March 15.
The certification acknowledges the efforts, policies and best practices put in place by Aspire Academy to ensure it creates a community that fosters inclusiveness and friendship.
Mr. Afifa pointed out that sport is not only at the centre of what Aspire Academy does, but it shapes how we work.
On what makes Aspire Academy a great place to work, Mr. Afifa added “Being a sports organization, sports play a big factor in making the academy an enjoyable place to work. As you can see everywhere here in the academy, we are professional, we have different nationalities, teamwork is key and we all respect each other."
“Aspire Zone & Aspire academy also organizes a lot of social events that brings people together and helps create a great environment.”

Mr. Meddeb congratulated Aspire Academy on its achievement and explained what “Great Place To Work” looks for when it assesses companies.
