ASPIRE ACADEMY GRADUATE ABDULKARIM HASSAN JOINS KAS EUPEN

Doha, 11 July 2017. Aspire Academy graduate and Al Sadd Sports Club defender, Abdulkarim Hassan  Fadlalla has joined Aspire Zone Foundation owned Belgian top tier side, KAS Eupen on loan. Twenty-three (23) year old Abdulkarim is the current left back for Qatar senior national team and has played 54 times for his country. While Abdulkarim moves from Qatar to Belgium his colleague and fellow Aspire Academy graduate, Fahad Al Abdulrahman also a left back will be making the opposite journey rejoining Al Sadd Sports Club from KAS Eupen.





Abdulkarim speaking on his transfer to KAS Eupen, Abdulkarim Hassan said: “It was always my dream to play in Europe. Now I am getting my chance in Eupen. I am really looking forward to this new experience. I am highly motivated and ready to give everything to KAS Eupen.”





KAS CEO Christoph Henkel expressed his delight with the arrival of Abdulkarim: “I’ve seen Abdulkarim play many times and have always been thrilled with his physique and his commitment. We are very pleased that he will be joining the team in preparation for the new season. I must make mention of Fahad Al Abdulrahman who heads back to Qatar after giving excellent service to KAS Eupen. He’s a player who has always given everything for the club with his never-say-die attitude, and his contribution has been immense and he certainly leaves the team in a good stand as he goes back home.”
