Teenagers

ASPIRE ACTIVE Teenagers’ programs boast of a fantastic array of classes that fit the needs of an ever-changing adolescent. Classes offer a unique experience for a holistic approach and guided approach into the world of fitness. The classes are all carefully designed to be both engaging and educational, so as to develop exercise repertoire for lifelong participation.

Open to teenagers between the age of 12 and 17, the Teenagers’ Fitness program are categorized and conducted separately for girls and boys.

Girls

Latin Combo
This class draws on 2 principal exercise components: cardiovascular and fat burning workout with simple aerobics choreography, using basic Latin movements like mambo, merengue, salsa and cha-cha-cha; condensed overall body toning work.

Fun Hand Games
This class focuses on hand muscles development while improving your overall fitness through variety of specially designed hand games.

Different Games
This class challenging your reaction speed through a series of games.

POWER Walking
Popular and beneficial low impact cardio exercise. Expert instruction in variety of techniques to gain maximum benefit from walking.

Fitness Games
The Fitness Games class aims at improving overall fitness through individual and team building experiences.

Movement with Music
This is an introductory class for teen girls, where participants indulged in a fun and easy-to-follow fitness regime featuring a host of dance moves and routines.

Girl’s Aquatics Program

Water Active I
An ideal way to introduce a teen to the world of fitness and health in the aquatic environment, the class will increase heart rate and work specific muscle groups in a fun and challenging setting.

(Please note that this class is for teenage girls aged 9-17. Subscription to this class is for an 8-week block).

Water Active II
This fun class provides young girls with a sound knowledge of aqua-based activities such as snorkeling, WetBall, water dance and water safety drills. The course is jam packed with challenging and stimulating games and activities.

Teen Aqua (12-17 yrs.)
The classes are part of Teen Fitness program. Focus on exercises which increase heart rate, work specific muscle groups.

Boys

Boxing Fitness
This class is Ideal for those who want to learn the fundamentals of boxing without the actual ‘one on one’ contact. It includes boxing techniques focusing on correct posture, footwork and combination punching. Fitness levels will greatly improve whilst users learn how to punch from the floor to ceiling, train with a speed ball, heavy bags and focus mitts.

Spinning
This high energy exercise activity uses an indoor stationary spinning bike in a group-class setting. The spinning routines to music are specifically designed to rapidly improve cardiovascular endurance and burn fat.

Fitgames
This is a fun and challenging class with structured exercise games targeting endurance, strength and fitness via individual and team building activities. It is held either inside the Aspire Dome or outdoors; weather permitting.

Group Fitness
Adults & Teenage Boys
Combining activities for adults and teenage boys such as boxing, skipping, push-ups, weights and spinning for an all over workout that offers variety with fast results.

Boy’s Aquatics Program

This fun sessions provide teenage boys with a sound knowledge of aqua-based activities such as snorkeling, WetBall, water dance and water safety drills. The course is jam packed with challenging and stimulating games and activities.
