Recruitment Process

Thank you for submitting your resume to Aspire Academy careers section. Please find the recruitment process below.

Apply

  • Click on “Vacancies” on the career page.
  • Choose the position of interest under the “Vacancies” tab.
  • Kindly note that applicants are to apply only for positions that match their educational background and experience.
  • Submit your resume.
  • Your submitted application will be forwarded to the Aspire Academy recruitment team.

Review

Once applications are submitted into the Aspire Academy recruitment database, it will be reviewed in accordance with the requirements of vacant positions. Due to the large volume of applicants, short listed candidates are to be contacted by The Aspire Academy recruitment team.

If you have not been contacted within one month, your application may have not been selected as shortlisted candidate. All submitted CV’s will be kept on Aspire Academy’s database for one calendar year from the date of submission to be placed for suitable vacancies that may arise in the future.

Interview

The interview process will include a phone screening or Skype interview with a Recruiter followed by an onsite interview. The purpose of the interview process is to assess your experience, skills, and personality, with the needs of the Aspire Academy. It also allows the candidate to understand the opportunity thoroughly.

Final Stage

The Aspire Academy will send you an offer letter when interview succeed and approved by management. Candidates will then be required to complete medical examinations and immigration requirements before joining the Aspire Academy. There are certain requirements to be completed during the recruitment process, and the recruitment team will assist you. Below are some documents needed to complete the recruitment process and government formalities.

International Hire

  • Education and Medical Certificates to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Qatar Embassy in your home country and copies submitted to recruitment team
  • Police / Security check from home country for Qatar CID and submitted to recruitment team
  • Submission of color Passport copy

Non-National Local Hire

  • Education and Medical Certificates to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and your home countries Embassy in Qatar and copies submitted to the recruitment team
  • Police / Security check from home country for Qatar CID and submitted to recruitment team
  • Submission of color Passport copy

Qatari National Hire

  • Education and Medical Certificates to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Qatar if your university is an international university and not a Qatari university
  • Color Passport and ID copy
